Sioux Center Health has made updates to our visitation guidelines. These measures are designed to protect patients, families, and our community. Thank you for your understanding.
**Sioux Center Health will be reviewing these restrictions on a weekly basis**
Hospital Visitation Restrictions:
To ensure the health and safety of our hospitalized patients, no visitors will be permitted in the hospital effective immediately. Exceptions include end-of-life circumstances, pediatric patients, and obstetrics. Only one family member at a time will be allowed in the hospital for end-of-life visitation. Only one support person will be allowed with a pediatric patient, and only one support person is permitted in the hospital’s birthing center during labor/delivery and postpartum stays for new moms; it is highly recommended that person stay in the hospital until the mother’s discharge.
Medical Clinic and Outpatient Visitation Restrictions:
The Sioux Center, Hull, and Hawarden Medical Clinics and our outpatient departments will not be allowing visitors during patient visits. Exceptions would include one family member at a time for pediatric visits and those needing physical or communication needs

ER patients will be allowed one support person.
Surgical Visitation Restrictions:
Surgical patients will be allowed one support person during their procedure.
