Jeanne Kleinhesselink, DNP, PMHNP, FNP

Specialty: Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/Family Nurse Practitioner
Location: Sioux Center

Jeanne has been serving individuals and families at Sioux Center Health for decades. She started as a family nurse practitioner. Then after identifying a need for psychiatric services pursued a post-master’s certificate as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has been serving in that capacity since 2018. Jeanne utilizes evidence-based medication therapies to treat symptoms of various mental disorders. These are frequently used in conjunction with psychotherapy. This allows for an individual to optimally function at work, school, and in society. She values a working relationship with therapy.

Kristi Vos, PMHNP-BC

Kristi Vos has been serving individuals, children, and families as PMHNP-BC since 2024, but has been in patient care for much longer.  She is drawn to the mental health field from her varied experience in nursing, particularly with inmates at the Minnehaha County Jail.  Providing care to more than the physical being and reaching the whole person is a goal of Kristi’s.  She is excited to work with children, adults, and elderly to help them achieve their goals.

Ashley Anderson, LISW,MSW

Ashley has been serving individuals, children, and families as a licensed therapist since 2020. Ashley previously worked in a variety of Social Work settings at Sioux Center Health prior to her therapist role which include: obstetrics, ER, medical clinic, senior care, and with the Siouxland Memory Clinic. Prior to Sioux Center Health, she worked with adolescents at Hope Haven.

Ashley enjoys implementing an individualized approach in therapy to best meet the unique strengths of each individual to help promote confidence, growth and healing. She values collaborative approaches with schools, parents, and other professionals with individuals with learning differences.

Hannah Buteyn, LISW

Hannah has been serving individuals, couples, and families as a licensed therapist since 2018. Previously she served at-risk families and children with Boys Town and then as the Social and Cultural Services Supervisor at Sioux Center Health. She is passionate about creating connection with patients while implementing evidenced-based strategies to facilitate lasting change.

Else has been serving individuals, couples, and families as a licensed therapist since 2017. She began her career in a hospice setting working with bereaved families then transitioned to independent practice shortly after. She enjoys taking a strengths based perspective with those she gets to serve and focuses on collaborative goal setting to meet individual needs.

Jennifer enjoys connecting and developing rapport with patients and empowering them with the skills needed to help themselves.
