Sioux Center, Hawarden, and Hull Medical Clinics offer comprehensive health care services for you and your family through all stages of life, including primary care, pediatrics, orthopedics and sports medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, geriatrics, and a host of other services and specialties.

If you need to be seen the same day and your regular healthcare provider is not available, we will offer you an appointment with one of our other providers.

Sioux Center Health offers a variety of behavioral health services. Our behavioral health professionals work with individuals and families to meet their life-long goals and achieve emotional well-being. We offer medically-managed treatment plans for all ages: children, adolescents, and adults.

Jeanne Kleinhesselink, DNP, FNP is an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

Urgent Care Clinic is available in the evening and on weekends by our advanced practice providers who offer quick access to unexpected injuries and illnesses without an appointment. Many situations are not emergencies, yet still, require urgent medical attention. Contact your insurance provider for questions of coverage.

For parking, use the hospital main entrance and a front desk receptionist will be there for assistance.
