GETTING THE FLU VACCINE
YOUR BEST DEFENSE AGAINST THE FLU

A flu vaccine can prevent you from getting sick and protects the people around you. The CDC recommends annual flu vaccines for everyone 6 months and older, especially those at high risk for complications. From fever to muscle aches, the flu can cause symptoms that can last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Lower your chances of getting it by staying up to date on your flu shot this fall.
