    Stress has a way to disrupt our lives and make things harder for us no matter how old we are or what we are doing at the time that it happens. Although we hope to have everything prepared for our lives when retirement comes around the corner, these hopes may not come true because life isn’t perfect, and nothing ever goes as planned. If we allow stress to consume our lives then it can lead to detrimental consequences such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and so on.     Exercise

    Exercising is something that is always recommended for us because it can help us tremendously with our mental, physical and emotional health. If we are feeling stressed or anxious, it can alter our bodies and we will feel drained until we do something about it. Hobbies can change our entire mood because we have something to occupy our minds with that we enjoy doing and it makes us feel free. In order to be happy and stay healthy, we must take some time outside because after all, humans are meant to be outside.     Interacting with people is very important in our lives because it can reduce our chances of developing depression, high blood pressure, Alzheimer’s disease and more. Not having interaction can increase our chances of developing these diseases because we lack the emotional support that is provided by our loved ones that can help reduce these issues related to stress and anxiety which is why being around people even if it is for a school club, drinks at the bar with coworkers or others can be extremely crucial for our mental, physical and emotional health.
